The NV Brut is an easy-going, attractive wine with good definition in its aromas and flavors. The wine offers reasonable length even if suggestions of greenness clamp down on the finish.

Rich and creamy, showing the dried fruit, nut and spice notes of fruitcake, with lemon meringue, quince and honey flavors. Clean citrusy acidity integrates beautifully and provides an elegance to this refined Champagne. Drink now through 2020.

As always, this attractive non-vintage Champagne is light, fruity and fragrant. It has crisp apple, pear and green-plum flavors and a refreshing citrus acidity. It is full in the mouth, but finishes with a reverberating softness.
