Our sweet and locally grown corn, high rye mash bill and heavy char oak barrels offer the perfectly balanced combination of bold and sweet. This complex bourbon is flawless in a Manhattan, old fashion, or straight up, the way we prefer it. On the Nose you will get Heavy Caramel and hints of vanilla. The body gives out flavors of oak, toffee and vanilla. This is all underscored by the complex flavors of the rye.
