Flavors continue onto the palate with hints of dried herbs-oregano and tarragon. Soft, lush tannins finish off this medium to full bodied expression of Cabernet Franc with fresh acidity making this is a very food friendly wine. Aged for 15 months in medium plus toast Hungarian Oak. The up-and coming wine varietal on the North Fork of Long Island, this bold and delicious Cabernet Franc showcases the depth of the varietal and pairs beautifully with a wide range of foods including swordfish, chicken, pork, and duck.
